Precautionary Statements
Wear fire resistant clothing. Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat. - No smoking. Keep away from clothing, incompatible materials and combustible materials. Take any precaution to avoid mixing with combustibles and other incompatible materials. Avoid release to the environment. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Mixing this product with acid or ammonia releases chlorine gas.
In case of major fire and large quantities: Evacuate area. Fight fire remotely due to the risk of explosion. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician. IF ON CLOTHING: Rinse immediately contaminated clothing and skin with plenty of water before removing clothes
Handling and/or processing of this material may generate a dust which can cause mechanical irritation of the eyes, skin, nose and throat.
